After spuring the nation to go Sugar Free, Davina set her sights on helping us reduce our carb intake with her second cookbook, Davina's Smart Carbs.
Her book detailed a five week meal plan that made losing weight, staying healthy and cutting down on the wrong carbs super easy. Recipes included snacks, sweet treats and firm family meal favourites that could be easily frozen - making a low carb diet accessible to achieve and maintain for anyone.
