Thank you Anna and David for being my buddies!!! Action medical research is a great charity, I’ve been raising money for them since I was 9!!!! Their research discovered the polio vaccine, the nuchal scan and the cooling method for babies deprived of oxygen at birth. They are funding lots of research into premature birth (I was a month premature), and very rare childhood diseases. They are very unsung. So I will sing their praises because they really deserve it. Look them up... lots of fun ways to help. Come do any of our bike rides? Maybe I’ll see you at my one next year!??? (10 years!!!!!)
