Some amazing news!

Oh my, this is amazing news!! I received this from Shona and wanted to share it with you...

Hi, 

I was one of Davina's Lucky 7. When we met, Davina said she wanted a picture of me in my dress when I got married. Well, that day came and went and here's the picture...

Now, when I tried this dress on it didn't actually fit but I loved it, so I was determined to get into it. I started eating properly again so that I'd be able to fit into it. I became to be known as the Button Diet girl because the back of the dress consisted of a corset and buttons on the back. 

Each time I went for a fitting a few more buttons did up. But it wasn't enough. 

I had three weeks to go before my final fitting and about three or four inches that wouldn't do up... and a heck of a lot of back fat. I was distraught. 

So, I put on the DVD player and in went Davina's 7 Minute and Fit in 5 weeks. I did both. I loved them. 

I lost six inches in three weeks....and the dress fitted. 

I lost 1st 7lbs in three months. I'm now 9st 7lbs and everyone asks me 'how did I do it'? I simply say.... my mate Davina.
